You Know You're A Blogger When...

your daughter finishes an impromptu art project and you try to come up with a blog post so you can use the pictures.
A tiger hiding in the forest

A Texas Longhorn, just for Mommy

The whole assortment of painted magnolia leaves!
I couldn't come up with anything to write about these expertly painted leaves (by my 6 year old) except to have a little fun and ask you...

How do you know you're a blogger?

  1. When you can't wait to get to the computer to post your latest thoughts even if you don't receive comments or have many followers...you just have to blog it.

  2. Leaves. I never would have guessed they were leaves. Precious. Just precious.

  4. Wow, impressed that she painted leaves. I would've never known. I know because I take my camera on errands, just in case I get inspired by something and write about it later.

  10. I was sitting at the pond the other day when I took a dandelion apart. All of a sudden, an analogy ran through my thoughts and I began writing a post in my head. After a few seconds, I said, "This is the silliest analogy I could have come up with." Then I thought how funny it would be to blog about that and then... I laughed again. Finally, I just sat and enjoyed the pond. Whew.

I know I'm a blogger when some little incident happens and Mr. Wonderful says, "You aren't going to blog about this, are you?"

  15. I know I'm a blogger because yesterday my husband found our three year old painted purple (yes, her, not the paper) and he called me down to take a picture. Then, as we cleaned up our body artist, he said, "I'm sure you can work a blog post around that!" Still writing that one in my head! Makes me think of Peter- not just my feet, my whole body, Lord :) Have a great day, Jen!
